In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, faulty or not the correct item/s ordered, please contact us via email at email@example.com
We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement decal.
It is important that you contact us prior to returning your order, as there are circumstances where the problem can be simply rectified. A detailed description of the error via email will help us to find the best solution for you.
If returning your items, the complete order must be received by us within 14 days of receipt.
Returns must be in the exact condition in which you received them for a refund or replacement to be considered.
All custom designs are non-refundable and may not be exchanged as they have been made specifically for your needs. We will refund or provide replacement if these custom items are found to be faulty on our part.
Original postage costs cannot be refunded to you.
